Safety & Removal Requests

Updated: October 26, 2026

Use in-app reporting for ordinary safety concerns. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; RunIt is not an emergency-response service.

Nonconsensual intimate imagery removal

You do not need a RunIt account. A depicted person or their authorized representative may submit this request. Do not upload or send intimate imagery, government ID, passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive material.

RunIt prohibits authentic or digitally created/altered intimate depictions published without consent. For a complete covered request, RunIt will remove the reported content and make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours after receiving the complete request.

Check a request

Use the case ID and private status token shown after submission. Keep the token confidential.

Other safety concerns

For harassment, threats, impersonation, unsafe impairment, or other community-safety concerns, use in-app reporting where available or email social@runitteam.com. Do not include unnecessary sensitive material.

What happens next

The Trust & Safety duty owner acknowledges new covered requests; the backup owner is alerted if acknowledgement or completion is at risk. RunIt may ask only for information needed to locate the material or confirm authority. We preserve restricted metadata needed for audit, abuse prevention, or legal obligations while preventing continued user access to removed material.

No retaliation

Do not retaliate against a person for making a good-faith request. Knowingly false or abusive reports may violate RunIt’s Terms.
