Delete your RunIt account
If you can sign in
Open RunIt → Settings → Account actions → Delete account. RunIt will ask you to confirm permanent deletion and type DELETE before the request is sent.
What deletion does
RunIt removes the account, public and private profile information, ordinary user-created posts/comments/highlights, your authored direct and game-chat messages, push subscriptions, participation links, follows/blocks, ordinary reputation/trust records, and other supported account-linked product records. Open games you host are cancelled. Shared event records may remain without your active account/profile association.
RunIt may retain narrowly limited records when reasonably necessary for community safety, fraud/security prevention, compliance, legal obligations or claims, and to preserve communication opt-outs. Those retained records are restricted from ordinary matching, personalization, advertising, and marketing use.
If you cannot sign in
Submit the form below. Do not send a password, government ID, or other sensitive document. RunIt normally verifies the request by contacting the email already associated with the account.
RunIt’s operational target is to complete verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days. Some backup copies may remain until normal backup rotation, but deleted data is not intended to be returned to ordinary production use. For questions, contact social@runitteam.com.
